Absolutely! We love working with corporate clients, brands, and events. You can use our "Custom Orders" page to send us your logo and details so we can create something unique for you.
Orders & Shipping
Production Time (Turnaround): Our current estimated production time is visible in the top banner of our website and on each product page. This is the time it takes to create your custom order.
Once production is complete, your item will ship. Non-personalized items ship out within 3 business days. For personalized items, please check the current estimated production time.
You can use our "Rush my item" add-on! This guarantees your order will be shipped out or ready for local pickup within 10 business days (production time). Please note: This only speeds up production time, not the carrier's shipping time.
We ship via USPS and UPS. You will see the estimated delivery timing and cost for each service based on your location at checkout. UPS 2-Day Air or Overnight are guaranteed services and recommended if you are in a time crunch. USPS and UPS Ground are estimated times, and we are not responsible for carrier delays once the package leaves our facility.
Yes, you can choose expedited shipping at checkout (e.g., UPS 2-Day Air or Overnight). Please remember that expedited shipping affects the transit time only, not the production time.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you cannot find this email, please contact us, and we will be happy to resend the details.
Yes! If you are in the Richmond area, select Local Pickup at checkout. We are located in the West End. You will receive an email with detailed pickup instructions once your order is ready.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We only accept returns or exchanges if there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect monogram, wrong product color, etc.). For blank, unused items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
We sincerely apologize if an error has occurred! If we have made a mistake, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement or a refund.
