Refund policy
Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all embroidered item sales are final. For personalized and embroidered items, we only accept returns or exchanges if there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect monogram, wrong product color, etc.).
For blank, non-embroidered items, we accept exchanges or returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must have all original tags attached. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
