How to Personalize Your Linens
1. Select & Purchase: Choose your desired embroidery options (e.g., thread color, font/design) and complete the checkout and payment process.

Pricing: Embroidery is priced per napkin. Please ensure you adjust the quantity in your order to match the total number of napkins you are submitting.
2. Submit Your Napkins: Once your order is complete, you will receive detailed instructions for either local drop-off or shipping your napkins to us.
Important Submission Guidelines

Napkin Requirement: We will only accept dinner napkins as customer-provided items. No other outside items can be accepted at this time.

Condition: All customer-provided napkins must be unwashed prior to submission.

Review: Bogey & Byrd reserves the right to decline any customer-provided project based on the material's suitability for embroidery or its condition. We want your finished item to look beautiful!

Current turnaround time is 4 weeks (excluding weekends) for both locally picked up and shipped items. Need your order sooner? Be sure to select the "Rush my item" option for expedited turnaround.
